The curriculum focuses on strategic decision-making, governance, and executive oversight of AI systems rather than the technical engineering of AI models or agents.

The programme runs across 10 weekends organized into three deliberate phases. The Comprehend phase (Weekends 1 to 3) introduces the technology and its competitive implications, including building a first AI agent and constructing an AI Exposure Map. The Govern phase (Weekends 4 to 7) focuses on managing autonomous agents, regulatory defense, and stakeholder trust through escalating simulations. The Strategise phase (Weekends 8 to 10) has participants build an 18-month roadmap, rehearse board presentations, and assemble a final AI Governance and Strategy Report.
